As of June 27, 2023 Clearpay began the wind-down of all operations in France, Spain & Italy.
Commencing 3rd of July 2023 we will no longer be accepting any new customers to the platform.
As a valued active Clearpay customer you will still be able to make purchases with your favourite merchants until August 25, 2023 and will be subject to our normal financial agreements and payment plans.
We want to thank all of our loyal customers in the region for their business and support over the last few years.
Does this impact my ability to shop / purchase through Clearpay EU?
We will no longer accept new customers onto the Clearpay EU platform from July 3, 2023 and existing customers will not be able to make new purchases through Clearpay EU from August 25, 2023. Whilst you are not able to make new purchases you can still actively manage your account and make payments on existing purchases previously made with us.
What if I need to contact the Customer Service Team?

What happens if I do not repay Clearpay EU for purchases made?
Failure to maintain repayments on purchases made through Clearpay EU may lead to late fees being incurred. Any active repayment plan must continue to be repaid. If you require financial assistance please get in touch so that we can work together to prepare an alternative repayment plan.
How do I get a refund on a purchase made through Clearpay EU?
For any purchases made through Clearpay EU, refunds are managed directly by the store you purchased from in line with the merchants refund policy as normal.
Will I still be charged late fees?
Yes, late fees may be incurred if you fail to make on time payments.
Does this impact my ability to manage my account?
No, payments will continue to be collected automatically from your nominated card on file, if you wish to make any changes you will have access to your account as normal via our mobile app.
