Easy! If you are able to log into your online account or mobile app
- Log into your account
- Go to "My Profile"
- Enter your new mobile number
- A code will be sent to your email
- Enter this code into the space provided to verify
- Once verified a code will be sent to the new number
- Enter this code into the space provided to verify
It says "Whoops - there is already an Clearpay Account associated to this number"
OK, mobile phone numbers do get reused. It is possible, if you recently got this number that the person that had it before you used Clearpay too! We are going to need to work together to resolve this.
Please can submit a request via our help page, include an attachment that proves you own the number, this can be a phone bill, mobile phone contract etc.
